About
I'm a writer, theatre maker, and producer who’s passionate about health and cross-cultural connection.
In 2023, I earned an MFA in Creative Producing at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama (London, UK) and joined the Emerging Producer Development Programme at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe (Edinburgh, Scotland). Now I am developing independent creative projects while also supporting national and international advocacy work through the National Academy for Social Prescribing. My goal is to use my knowledge and skills to support creatives from often-ignored places and underrepresented backgrounds.
I move around a lot, but I’m from the US Midwest. My heritage is Puerto Rican and Appalachian (I speak English and am working toward Spanish fluency.) All of my work is place-based, which means what is produced must have a direct connection to the community where it is made and be locally sustainable.
My artistic research explores the intersections of health and aurality with a particular focus on what benefits children and young people. I love to play and experiment through movement and sound! I am neurodivergent, so am always learning how to re-shape my practice to inspire other neurodivergent minds.
Please do reach out if you have any questions about my work or would like to connect on a project!
My Work
I’m always looking for freelance or contract opportunities, so please reach out if you need a hand with your next project.

PRODUCING
Whether I’m producing theatre or creative community projects, all of my work is place-based, so will have a direct connection to the community where it is made. I’m committed to local sustainability, creating accessible work that advocates for health and wellbeing and building partnerships that last beyond the project.
TEACHING
Working with children and young people is an important part of my creative life. I strive to engage my students through active listening and by asking questions that exercise critical thinking. I prioritise learning collaboratively, and my goal is to encourage social skills development, knowledge and confidence building, and interpersonal and cross-cultural connection.

DIRECTING
My favourite shows to direct celebrate everyday ordinary things. Because of my heritage and love for play, my aesthetic is a magical realism that exaggerates movement and centres music. I love working with designers that utilise found objects and puppets. I typically use a combination of improv, Adler and Strasberg methods in the rehearsal room.
SCRIPT COVERAGE & DRAMATURGY
As a theatre and film maker, I have read and reviewed thousands of scripts, and I am able to provide valuable insight for selecting and creating new work through detailed dramaturgical services and script coverage.

TRANSCRIPTION & AUDIO DESCRIPTION
I provide clear, high-quality transcripts (strict or standard verbatim, including timestamps) for all audio and video files. My training was through Transcribe Anywhere, and I have my own transcription equipment and software.
WRITING & EDITING
With a decade of experience supporting creative companies, startups, charities and non-profit organisations, I’m happy to offer differing levels of service while working to a company’s style guide.

Brief CV
Here’s a quick overview of the things I’ve been working on recently. To protect my intellectual property, I do not share the details of my work online, so please contact me for more info if a project interests you.
